A Collaborative Approach to Helping Children Thrive
Beehive Academy believes that every child deserves an individualized approach that considers the whole child—not just a single diagnosis or area of need.
Our interdisciplinary team works together to integrate expertise across multiple developmental disciplines, ensuring that each child's goals are coordinated, meaningful, and designed to promote lasting success at home, in school, and throughout the community.
Our collaborative services include:
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Educational Assessments & School Readiness
IEP Consultation & Educational Planning
Parent Training & Family Education
Developmental Enrichment Programs
By bringing these services together under one roof, Beehive Academy provides families with a comprehensive, coordinated approach to care. Rather than working in isolation, our professionals collaborate to develop individualized programs that support communication, behavior, learning, social development, independence, and lifelong success.
One team. One plan. One place for your child's journey.
In-Home
Beehive Academy provides services in the home, allowing children of all ages to learn skills in their home environment, employing naturalistic, play-based techniques within the family’s schedule and routine.
In-Clinic
Services offered in our clinics focus on fostering group skills, social skills, and play through both group and 1:1 therapy according to a structured schedule, mirroring a more traditional environment.
In-School
School-based services allow children of all ages to attend school with a behavioral professional, allowing support throughout the school day and teaching group, social, and school readiness. School services are offered based on school contracts.
What sets us apart?
Beehive Academy provides something other ABA companies can’t— a commitment to practice what we preach.
Not only does Beehive offer services across all environments and therapy mediums, allowing families to curate the services they provide, catering to each unique child; as a BCBA/SLP-owned company, Beehive Academy also provides training and resources to staff and families, utilizing ABA curriculums and lesson plans made by the company owners to train staff, teach families, and serve children with evidence-based, individualized care.

A reading lesson also develops communication. A science project builds teamwork. A game strengthens executive functioning. An art activity encourages creativity and confidence. Every experience is designed to support multiple areas of development because children do not grow in isolated pieces.
-
Children thrive when they feel connected. Our services and programs allow children to learn alongside consistent peer groups, creating opportunities for genuine friendships, teamwork, and belonging.
-
Children learn by asking questions, experimenting, building, creating, discussing, and discovering. Our classrooms are filled with projects, investigations, movement, collaboration, and meaningful experiences—not passive learning.
-
Every Beehive Academy program supports one or more of our six developmental domains: Communication, Thinking & Executive Function, Social Development, Motor Development, Independence, and School Readiness. This framework creates a consistent learning experience across every academy and every age group.
-
Parents know their children better than anyone else. We believe the strongest outcomes occur when educators and families work together through open communication, shared goals, and mutual respect.
-
Our goal is simple: We want children to leave each day saying, “When do I get to come back?” When children love learning, feel connected to their peers, and believe in their own abilities, extraordinary things become possible.

Auditory Punctuation Series
Auditory Punctuation refers to the use of vocal cues (e.g., tone, pitch, pauses, volume) in spoken language to convey the same structural, emotional, or grammatical information that written punctuation provides in text. These vocal shifts act as "invisible punctuation marks," guiding listeners to interpret meaning, emotion, and intent. For children with language delays, explicitly teaching these auditory cues can transform robotic or monotone speech into expressive, natural communication.
Rising Pitch for Questions
Falling Pitch for Statements/Demands
Pause for Comma/Period
Loud/Excited Tone for Exclamation
Slow, Drawn-Out Words for Suspense (Ellipsis)
Children with language delays often miss these cues, leading to miscommunication, social challenges, and reading struggles. Our therapists use auditory punctuation to teach discrimination and imitation while using reinforcement to maintain gains. By mastering auditory punctuation, children learn to “speak with music,” making their communication clearer, more engaging, and more authentic.
